Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund of booking appointment fee
A booking appointment fee excluding other applicable taxes might be collected by MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) for the transactions booked through the Platform. If at any time, the clients are not satisfied with the quality of the Service Provider, the client may call the Service provider care toll free number of this Platform wherein the complaint will be pinned for review. MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) holds the authority to decide if the booking appointment fee should be refunded for this complaint. Further, the client will not have any right to claim or allege anything against MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) in respect of services provided/money collected by the Service Provider from the User beyond the booking appointment fee amount.
In any case should you in any manner improperly or illegally detain any director, staff, affiliate, agent, representative or subcontractor of MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V), we shall be constrained to take all such moves including cancellation of the refund process. Any refund will stand relinquished without any further reference to you. This will be notwithstanding and without prejudice to all our further remedies at law
CANCELLATION
The client shall directly contact MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) for processing any requests about the cancellation of bookings.
On receiving a cancellation request, the refund shall be governed by the Refund terms and conditions referenced in the Agreement. The cancellation request should be raised a minimum of 24 hours before the planned time for the performance of service. For any requests that are not raised before 24 hours, the booking charge is non-refundable.
REFUND OF TRANSACTION PAYMENT – SERVICE PROVIDER
MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) refund policy:
MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) is not obligated to refund to you any amounts or fees paid by you while placing the order, except solely in the event you rescind or end your subscription within the ‘seven days from the date of activation of the campaign following your agreement to purchase a service package.
You authorize MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) to charge you for any deals or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, lead expenses or some other fees charged by MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) In case of any rejected, non-activated campaigns, MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) will make the best effort to process the refund within a period of 15 days (Fifteen days) from the date of clearance of payment. In case of a refund of the amount paid under advance renewals, MAX SENDS SOLUTIONS (TR0250176-V) will not be under any obligation to process refund requests initiated after 15 days ( fifteen days) from the date of clearance of payment.
